Michaela Daniel was a communications assistant at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund from 2022-2024.
Ms. Daniel earned a bachelor's degree in Near Eastern Studies from Princeton University. While a student, her research centered on displaced populations, philanthropic efforts within the Middle East, and domestic criminal justice reform. A 2021 Critical Language Scholar with the U.S. State Department, Ms. Daniel is passionate about Arabic language study and has studied abroad in Morocco and Oman.
Prior to joining the RBF, Ms. Daniel was a Project 55 fellow at the Electoral Innovation Lab within Princeton University. In this role, she spearheaded community outreach operations for their reapportionment program that worked to increase the diversity of public input in redistricting by engaging marginalized communities.
